Avaura are a reputable company who endeavour to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. In the event of any problems, we will work hard to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
Goods destined for the UK are shipped via First Class Royal Mail Post. Goods destined for other EU countries are shipped via Small Packet airmail post. Avaura does not ship outside of the EU.
Dispatch and Delivery Time
Goods ordered in the morning are typically dispatched the same day. Customers in the UK often report that they receive their goods the day after their order. Customers in EU countries like France, Belgium, Netherlands often receive their goods in 2-3 days, while customers in more distant EU countries (like Greece) report delivery times of up to 2 weeks. However Royal Mail delivery times are beyond our control, and you must wait 7 days (UK) or 14 days (EU) from the date of your order before initially contacting us about non-delivery.
Proof of posting is obtained when we dispatch your order and, if your goods to not arrive/are damaged on arrival, we will use the Royal Mail Insurance/Compensation scheme. You may be asked to assist us in completing a claim for non-delivery. Royal Mail terms and conditions require us to wait at least 28 days and no more than 6 months before lodging a claim for non-delivery.

Avaura values its reputation and always honours the UK Distance Selling Regulations for all its customers. You have the right to return unwanted goods within the period specified by the regulations. Avaura interprets the regulations to imply that you must not break the seal/remove the cellophane wrapping from your goods prior to returning them under the regulations. Once the seal/wrapping has been opened, we reserve the right to deem that you have accepted the goods.
If Avaura dispatches goods that do not meet the description on our website, then do not break the seal on the goods, and contact us immediately to obtain a replacement and returns instructions. We will send you a pre-paid returns envelope with your replacement item. If you prefer a refund in these circumstances, then let us know.
